I went there, asked for a certain haircut and got something completely different, I literally nearly cried, got to be the worst service ever, and worst company, would not recommend unless your trying to get your hair ruined, it's so bad I just wanna buzz the rest of.

Always a great bunch of girls and a great cut. 4 out of 5 stars only thing lacking is a refit in the shop and a bit more atmosphere

Very happy with the haircut I received. The lady was friendly and knew what she was doing. When I asked her advice about whether certain things would work with my hair / shape she gave great advice. Won't hesitate to go back. $30 is middle of the road as far as prices go these days.

Both me and my husband had a cut. The barberess was very rough, hitting our heads with the clipper. It was painful and my husband ended up with red marks on his scalp.

We got our 2 year old sons hair cut and the lady was amazing! She did an incredible job and was so patient with our little one! Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

This place I would not recommend for people with mullets or highly complicated haircuts. I went there earlier today and got my hair trimmed and thinned. I asked for a 1 on the sides and not to much taken off of the top, but she gave me as a final product of a very uneven 0.5 on the sides and about 3 centimetres of length off the top. I usually have a combover so for me this was a big problem.

First time I attended the salon for my children's hair cuts they did an absolutely amazing job. I was so happy and said that I would be back again as a regular. I sent my mother down with the boys for another hair cut before school pictures tomorrow. Completely different service. The styles are terrible. Not cut properly, bits sticking out and not blended correctly. They have no done a very good job at all. I called to complain and was told just to speak to the boss tomorrow. This is not good enough as they now have to have school photos with terrible hair cuts. I won't be back moving forward.

I had not been to Zigs in a while and was growing a feral beard with long hair.. bit like a caveman who works from home... Susie fixed me up pretty good. It's always a pleasure getting my hair cut here. I'm not sure why others have negative reviews, but I've always had an awesome experience going there. Keep up the great work guys!
