Worst Experience. I started explaining the hair cut I wanted and he stopped me in the middle saying ‘OK OK’. Then Hair cut was the worst I got. Not at all what I wanted. Very disappointed.

Does what it says on the tin: it's a quick cheap haircut at a local shopping centre. Great value for money, great quality haircut, efficient process. $13 for male haircut (pay with cash). Anyone who is expecting a pampering experience" needs to realise that you get what you pay for

I have had two cuts with two different people and both have been excellent. They really take pride in what they do, taking the extra time to make sure your cut is perfectly straight and even. And for $15 for ladies ($10 for men) you really can't go wrong.I go especially to this shopping centre (3 suburbs over) just for my haircut. It's just perfect if all you need is a cut and no other services! I feel so lucky to have found them.Just a side note - they close at 5.30pm midweek (even Thursday) and you need cash for the machine, but they can provide change if you need it.

Extremely rude man cutting childrens hair. Very shabby work. Will never go back. Nicked my sons neck. Only realised it when we got home. Told him off.

Customer service is not recognised at this place. My partner was scolded by a very bitter man for suggesting a small change to his cut. Don't get a cut here unless you don't mind being treated like garbage.

Very nasty person and abrupt but he might think he is pleasant guy.Have not gone back since the attitude was bad and he should have got the boot.The previous two younger people who worked there much better service and attitude.Until further notice wont be going back

I would give zero stars to the customer service I received today. Middle aged Malaysian man showed no patience or empathy towards what their customer wanted. You’re unable to give input with your own hairstyle until he has finished cutting. Otherwise, he would react very agitated. Would not recommend this place if customer service like this continues.

I’ve been to this place for 3 times. The first time was adventurous experience as I had my long straight hair. My husband had been there for years and he strongly recommended this place so I went. I am glad I made the choice and every time I was very satisfied. I guess the professionals must have all the skills they need so they can be confident to do the quick cut. Rita, a gentle lady takes care of me every time. I highly recommend her and this hair salon.

They can offer a quick cut that is cheap because its fast, not too 'special', that's the business model.Tell the hairdresser what you want and there it is, likely close enough. If you want a more custom design or a stylist, pay the extra price in my opinion.
