Booked an appointment here, when I went in to get the cut the girl said that they had one of their hairdressers call in sick - fair enough. The thing was that they said they tried to call me...I didn't have any missed calls...so I call BS on that. It's one thing to cancel the booking, it's another to lie directly to your face. Poor form.

Relaxing Shampoo & head massage. Gentle and strong. The hairdresser was a young girl but mature & confident and did a beautiful blowdry & soft beachy curls. Felt amazing!

This the first time I went there and 2 young unexperienced girl though very friendly. I show a pictire what color I need but in her head she was too much caring about my hair made desicion in her head that bleach is going to damage my hair and if I go too light it gonna a cost me more to maintained that was unwanted advise as I need a new look. I wasnt happy but still chrarged full price $180 no appoligies but offered they can make it lighter .. then went back and have it lighter and again got to pay $100 ..manager was too rude not even said anything just focusing on making $100 more.ridiculose very bad experience
