I found the staff at the Shampoo Shop very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to give me a few product choices suitable for my hair type along with suggestions of trial packs to use to try before spending big on the bigger bottles. Very impressed!!

I will GO ONLINE next time. Overpriced and limited choice and most of all VERY RUDE SERVICE. Won't be back and definitely not recommended.

I've been here several times for hair products and brushes for gifts and my self. Staff have always been helpful and friendly. Prices are good. And it's a good location. Always happy to go back.

I went in to get a toner for my blonde hair. I was recommended a dark brown product which was surprising but I thought she would be knowledgeable if working in this store. I went shopping and had doubts as I thought it would make my hair grey or ashy. I went back to see if I could return it and she said they don’t do returns. After looking for an alternative I didn’t know what to do and took the product home, I couldn’t even get a store credit. I have used a tiny amount for about 10 seconds and surprise surprise it has turned my hair around my face grey. I would not recommend asking for guidance here.

This blonde girl behind the counter seems has the worst customer service attitude I’ve seen. Ill informed about the product she sold me and wouldn’t admit her mistake- rotten facial expressions, will not be going back ever or recommending this shop.

the staff are terrible. i asked how much the olaplex shampoo and conditioner cost TOGETHER and they said “$54” not “$54 each” so i was mislead. when i tried to get my money back they said they couldn’t due to the refund policy however it should be acceptable in the instance that i was mislead
