Received excellent, professional colouring service from Courtney, with the whole team being excellent to interact and negotiate with. After the first colouring not turning out exactly how I anticipated, I got back in touch with Black Cat to discuss my concerns and formulate a new game plan. Courtney squeezed me in on early on a Saturday afternoon to correct my colour in time for an event I had coming up. I couldn't be more pleased with the fantastic, friendly and accommodating service I received, as well as the reception I received when discussing my unsureness about how my first colour. Outstanding customer service in a beautiful salon. Would highly recommend and looking forward to visiting again.
