I've had amazing experiences with HOTB! I've been a model for a wash and blow dry, I've had a full head of foils package and I've also had my hair styled and make up done.In all my experiences the ladies there were extremely welcoming and very friendly. I felt very comfortable with the talented Chelsea who coloured and cut my hair and also styled it for me for an event. Taylor did an amazing job with my make up and she was very informative with what she was applying and made sure I was happy with every step to achieve a great result.I will definitely be a long time client!

Very relaxing atmosphere. Trish and her girls are very friendly and approachable and they definitely know their stuff! My 6yr old enjoyed her head massage while having her hair washed and wants to visit every week just for a wash!

Best hair colour and cut in Australia! I’ve been traveling and needed a color reset and they were just perfect. So talented and the salon is so comfortable! Amazing massage chairs for the wash, I usually get a stiff neck but these were so so comfortable and staff so friendly and down to earth. Highly recommend!

I messaged hair on the boulevard at 8.30am on a Saturday morning, after I realised my curler had died and I needed my hair curled for my maternity session at 11.20 that day. I didn’t think there was a hope, but I got a message back almost straight away saying they had a cancellation and could fit me in at 9! Day saved and my curls looked great. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely love the girls at HOTB! Been a regular for the last year and they are all so friendly and accommodating. I recently had a mix up with my appointment and Trish still made it possible. Also, I’m terrible at explaining what I want but the girls still get it right everytime. Thank you lovely ladies!!!

I’m new to the area and I called in to to this salon to make a first appointment. Not only was I greeted by the Receptionist, several of the girls turned around and acknowledged me too. When I returned a few days later, the same thing. This salon is so friendly and welcoming with a great, easy going atmosphere.As for my hair, perfect! I was specific in what I wanted and the girls were very accomodating. One for colour and another for cut. They worked seamlessly together and I was not left waiting in between. And when I left, lots of happy “byes” and smiles.Congratulations Trish. You have built an amazing business by providing a fabulous workplace and very talented team members. See you all again soon!

My first experience with Hair on the Boulevard Ellenbrook. It’s been a year since having my hair done, I had a huge regrowth. I was quoted $305 after sending pictures of my hair, of course you will always be quoted different to hairdressers quoting in person. After a full consult in the salon I was quoted $460. Shocked, but I went though with it. I trusted my hair dresser with my hair and showed her photos with what I was wanting. Easiest way to explain: Bronde. I was so happy after seeing my hair. The salon recommended I buy the suitable hair products which I come back a few days later and spent another $75 before my first wash. Over the last week and since washing it the colour has gone brassy. This definitely isn’t normal for the colour to change, I have had other people comment this aswell. It’s not the colour I walked out of the salon with. I messaged to explain to the salon and was told that if I wanted to ‘tone down’ the colour it would be another $80 for a toner. Now being told that I should go and invest in a purple shampoo to make the colour cooler. After being told that purple shampoo is possibly the worst product to be using in your hair. The constant excuse ‘your hair will look different in different lighting’. I am lost for words, and so extremely upset that I spent so much money and put so much trust into my hair dresser. Who did an amazing job, but unexpectedly the colour is not looking the same as when I left the salon. Now all they can say is ‘all the best but I don’t think we are a salon fit right for you’. To be honest, after the first correspondence I received to my message I would have actually felt embarrassed to walk back into the salon anyway. But to have been treated this way, just as if I am no one and what my hair looks like a week later does not matter. I am so upset. Feel obliged to reply to my post, im sure you will reply with something to come back at this. It is really upsetting that you will not accept that I am upset with my hair, and you aren’t in any position to make myself customers satisfied after spending the amount of money I did at your salon.
